Five star service as usual from all the staff at Obsidian , had my Dell computer quite a few years now ( purchased from Obsidian) . Whenever a problem has arisen i have been able to contact the support team very easily + have had any problems sorted without any fuss . Their knowledge is first class , called yesterday 15/04.2025   as my computer had crashed . Tom advised me to drop it off at their offices . I came to Obsidian Networks because I needed a check-up for my MacBook and a good antivirus program. As a corporate photographer, I cannot afford to lose any data or photographs. We arranged an appointment over the phone, and upon my arrival, one of the support team members, Tom, greeted me at the entrance. He listened to my needs, found a solution, and reviewed my laptop.
