Five star service as usual from all the staff at Obsidian , had my Dell computer quite a few years now ( purchased from Obsidian) . Whenever a problem has arisen i have been able to contact the support team very easily + have had any problems sorted without any fuss . Their knowledge is first class , called yesterday 15/04.2025   as my computer had crashed . Tom advised me to drop it off at their offices . I came to Obsidian Networks because I needed a check-up for my MacBook and a good antivirus program. As a corporate photographer, I cannot afford to lose any data or photographs.
